Healty German-Chocolate Fudge Bites

Åh nej, jag skämtar inte. De är nyttiga då de inte innehåller något tillsatt socker eller liknande. 
Och jag har nog mumsat i mig 5-6 stycken och förstört min aptit (jag är så vuxen! Haha). 
Vill du också göra sådana här sötnosar? 
Följ det här receptet; 

Oh no, I'm not joking. They are healthy because they contain no added sugar or the like.
And I've probably eaten 5-6 pieces and ruined my appetite (I'm so grown up! Haha).
Do you also want to do this kind of sweeties?

Follow this recipe;

  • 3/4 cup pitted dates (I like Sunmaid, because they are softer.) (120g)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (or raw cacao powder)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • optional: feel free to add some chocolate chips

Blend all ingredients together very well. (I recommennd using a food processor.) Squish the dough together. (I transferred the dough to a plastic bag then smushed it together in the bag. It’s much less messy this way!) Roll into balls, cookie-cuttered shapes, or bars… or you can even use it for a pie crust!
